Iran Alumina Company (IAC) hereby announces its intention to select a qualified contractor for the execution of a 54 MW Solar Power Plant Project located in North Khorasan Province, Jajarm County. The project execution will be on an EPCF basis, covering complete engineering design, equipment procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, and full project financing.

1. General Project Specifications

• Plant Type: Solar Photovoltaic (PV)
• Nominal Capacity: 54 MW
• Execution Location: North Khorasan Province, Jajarm County, Jajarm Region – Site owned by Iran Alumina Company.
• Execution Method: EPCF (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, and Financing).
• Project Execution Duration: 12 Months.

2. Applicant Qualifications

Companies must meet the following criteria:

1. A track record of executing at least one solar power plant project with a capacity of 10 MW or more, or participation in a qualified consortium.
2. Sufficient financial capacity to provide full project financing or present the necessary guarantees.
3. Possession of relevant qualification certificates or collaboration with companies holding the relevant EPC ranking.
4. Ability to submit the following documents:

• Technical Resume and Documentation.
• Audited Financial Statements for the last 5 years.
• Specifications of the proposed equipment (panels, inverters, structures, etc.).
• Project execution schedule/timeline.
• Financing model and financial proposal.

3. Procedure for Obtaining Tender Documents

Interested applicants may submit their proposal and financial plan, along with the required documents detailed above, to the Secretariat’s office within 10 working days from the date of this announcement.
