The Environment Department in industries play a vital role in the preservation of water, soil, and air and seek to not only prevent them from pollution, but also provide a safe environment for their living.
Optimal consumption of raw materials, resources and energy in order to minimize the production costs, protecting the environment, and preventing the pollutions have been defined as the policies of the company. The following actions are underway in line with these goals:
Identification of sources of pollution and pollutants, suggesting ways to control these sources of pollution, oversight of good segregation, recycling and disposal of a variety of waste in compliance with rules, regulations and circulars submitted to the company by Department of Environment, identifying the environmental aspects and effects and checking the their control and oversight strategies, periodical monitoring of the sources of wastewater, air and soil contamination sources, on the basis of self-declared instructions of the company to the Department of Environment, measuring the level of wastewater emissions, air and soil. Performing environment audits and inspections of the units, as well as industrial and non-industrial areas.
