Iran Alumina Company succeeded in receiving the Bronze Statue for Productivity Pioneers at the 11th Conference on Productivity in Mines and Mineral Industries.

The 11th Conference for the Productivity Award of Mines and Mineral Industries was held yesterday, November 15th, 2025 (25th of Aban 1404), at the Eram Conference Hall, with the presence of the esteemed Deputy Minister and Head of the IMIDRO Board, along with a group of managers, experts, and representatives from active companies in the mining and mineral industries sector.

At this national event,  Iran Alumina Company, as one of the participating entities, was successful in receiving the Bronze Statue for Productivity Pioneers and the Certificate of Appreciation from the 11th Conference on Productivity in Mines and Mineral Industries.

This conference was organized with the aim of promoting a culture of productivity, continuous process improvement, enhancing competitiveness, and the optimal use of resources in the mining and mineral industries sector. Participating companies were evaluated based on indicators such as labor productivity, capital productivity, resource consumption optimization, quality enhancement, innovation, and sustainable development.
