Iran Alumina Company (IAC) intends to export approximately 6,000 metric tons of carbon anode butts through a competitive auction process.

Qualified bidders are hereby invited to submit their firm offers for purchasing carbon anode butts in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Description:

   Carbon anode butts obtained from the consumption of prebaked carbon anodes used in the aluminum reduction process (pots) at Iran Alumina Company facilities.

2. Delivery Period:

   A maximum of three (3) months, in gradual shipments following the signing of the contract.

3. Bid Bond (Tender Guarantee):

   USD 130,000 or its equivalent in Iranian Rials equal to 93,600,000,000 IRR.

4. Deadline for Proposal Submission:

   Before 16:00 local time, January 5, 2026.

5. Bid Opening Date:

   Three (3) days after the closing date of the auction.

   Iran Alumina Company reserves the right to accept or reject any offer at its sole discretion.

6. Price Proposal Format:

   Bidders must clearly indicate their proposed prices as follows:

   • FCA Jajarm Plant / Islamic Republic of Iran: … USD per metric ton
   • FOB Bandar Abbas / Islamic Republic of Iran: … USD per metric ton

   The validity period of the offer must be explicitly stated.

   The successful bidder shall be responsible for all handling, loading, and transportation arrangements from designated loading points within the Islamic Republic of Iran.

7. Submission of Bid Bond:

   Bidders shall provide the bid bond either as a valid bank guarantee issued by Iranian banks or as a cash deposit to the account designated by Iran Alumina Company.

   The deposit receipt must be enclosed in Envelope “A”, while the price proposal shall be submitted in Envelope “B”.
