Achieving 129% of the Production Plan and Emphasizing Special Focus on Human Resources and Cultivating Specialized Talent
According to the Public Relations and Social Affairs Department of Iran Alumina Company, Dr. Badkoubeh, the CEO and respected Board Member of Iran Alumina Company, in line with monitoring the progress of mining activities and reviewing the performance of production units, visited the bauxite mines of Yazd Province on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 (14 Aban 1404), accompanied by several esteemed members of the Board of Directors and consultants.
During this visit, the CEO, present at the West Dasht-e Deh and East Dasht-e Deh mines, directly observed the extraction process and the current production status.
Subsequently, throughout the inspection tour, the respected Head of Operation for Yazd Bauxite Mines presented a comprehensive report on the current year’s performance, the volume of extraction, and the challenges ahead. Dr. Badkoubeh, while appreciating the efforts of the personnel, emphasized the necessity of following up and removing operational obstacles, as well as sustaining the production growth trend, by stating key strategic points.
The CEO of Iran Alumina Company, in his meeting with the employees, representatives of the consulting company, and extraction contractors, deemed the role of human capital vital in achieving the company’s developmental goals, stating:
“Sustainable progress in the alumina industry is impossible without relying on specialized and committed human resources; serious steps must be taken in the path of training and supporting capable personnel.”
Based on the reports provided, over 130,000 tons of bauxite have been extracted from the Yazd mines and sent to the Jajarm Alumina Complex since the beginning of the current year; an achievement that signifies the fulfillment of 129% of the production plan for the year 1404.
