Iran Alumina Company was honored with a statue and a plaque of appreciation at the 11th National Customer Satisfaction Conference, recognized as one of the active organizations in improving service quality and paying attention to customers’ rights.
According to the Public Relations and Social Affairs Department of Iran Alumina Company, the company succeeded in receiving the conference’s statue and certificate of appreciation at the 11th National Customer Satisfaction Management Conference, viewed from the perspective of successful and leading organizations. This event was held on Saturday, November 14th (24th of Aban) in the Conference Hall of the National Library and Archives of Iran.
At this ceremony, in recognition of Iran Alumina Company’s continuous efforts to improve organizational processes, enhance service quality, and systematically adhere to customer satisfaction principles, the conference plaque and statue were awarded to the company.
During the closing ceremony of the conference, Mr. Pad, the Director of Public Relations and Social Affairs for Iran Alumina Company, received the commemorative plaque and statue on behalf of Dr. Badkoubeh, the CEO and esteemed member of the compan’s Board of Directors.
