Reviewing the effect of the existing intruded masses on the quality of the mineral (bauxite).
Performing studies on the bauxite hidden beneath the southern flank of the anticline in Zou in Jajarm in order to determine the status of the bauxite (mineral development trend).
Production of special alumina (active alumina, etc.).
Production of high purity alumina.
Extraction of metal using the scandium method from red mud.
Identification of clay minerals in bauxite by means of the XRD technique.
Performing studies on karst distribution patterns and preparation of a spatial model of it, as well as probing this model’s relation with the bauxite concentration and grade on the basis of data derived by GIS and phase methods within the extraction zone of Jajarm bauxite mine, and identification of the hidden karsts using the GPR (penetration radar ground) or seismometer techniques and controlling the results against the model obtained using the phase and GIS techniques.
